Work Ethics: ORGANIZATION

Organization is a social unit of people, systematically structured and managed to meet a need or to pursue collective goals on a continuing basis. Organization plays a major role at work, and in school. Being organized helps you maintain and focus a whole lot better. Organization refers to the structure of duties, responsibilities, and relationships that exist between all the people employed in operating a venture or performing a task. To improve my own organization skills i think i could use more dividers with my folder to be a little more organized, or if necessary i could put everything in alphabetically order so i would be easy to locate in the future.http://woosieworkethics.blogspot.com
